Divi Toolbox ➜ Global ➜ Particles Background 2.0
The Particles Background 2.0 feature adds a moving particles background effect to any element. The effect can be applied to any row, section, or even to a module, but it is recommended to use it only once on each page. You can use two different effects (each one will be visible only on a single element on a page).
Navigate to Settings → Advanced tab → CSS ID & Classes → CSS ID, and add one of the two IDs: moving-bg1 or moving-bg2.
You can customize the appearance of each of these two effects in the Toolbox Customizer.
If you enable the “Use on the page container” option, the particles will be visible as the full website background, as long as your sections do not have a background set. The customization options of the ID #1 will be used for the page container particles.
